If you change your mind about your purchase (right of return) / right of complaint – NON-EU

If you, as a customer, live outside of the EU, you basically have no option to change your mind about your purchase. In the unlikely case that there is a discrepancy between the merchandise and what is written on the homepage, we will find a solution to the problem.

Based on our assessment of the case, you will either be able to receive a discount in the price, receive a new item, or get your money back.


 If you change your mind about your purchase (right of return) – EU

You have a 14-day right of return when you do business with us and you live in an EU country.

The deadline for return expires 14 days after the day you

a) have received your merchandise

b) physically receive the last piece of merchandise in cases where several pieces of merchandise are ordered in one order and delivered separately

c) physically receive the last shipment or the last piece of merchandise in cases of delivery of merchandise that consists of several shipments or parts

d) physically received the first piece of merchandise in cases of agreements for regular delivery of merchandise over a fixed period (point d is only inserted in case of agreements for regular delivery of merchandise)


Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us if you wish to change your mind about your purchase. The notification must be delivered by mail. In your message, you must notify us expressly that you would like to avail yourself of your right to change your mind about your purchase. You may also choose the option of using our standard withdrawal form and send that with the merchandise you are a returning. You will find it below these terms and conditions.

You may not refuse receipt of your merchandise without also notifying us expressly of this.



You need to return your order to us without undue delay and no more than 14 days after letting us know that you want to change your mind about your purchase. You are responsible for the direct cost involved with returning the merchandise.

6. Delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines except for subscription agreements for delivery of such publications,


7. Delivery of digital content not delivered through a physical medium, if the creation was started with expressed prior approval of the consumer and the recognition that he or she thereby has lost his or her right of return,


8. Merchandise delivered to customers living in a country outside of the EU.


You lose your right of return if -

- you break the seal on merchandise which, for health or hygiene reason are not suitable for return.



The condition of the merchandise when you return it

You are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the merchandise due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the merchandise. In other words – you can test the merchandise in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the merchandise has been tested beyond what’s described above, we will consider it used, which means that you, when changing your mind about your purchase, only get back part of or none of the purchase price, depending on the merchantable value of the merchandise.

This means that in order to get back the entire purchase price, you have to do the same thing, you can do in a physical store. You can test the merchandise, but not actually start using it.


Refund of the purchase price

If you change your mind about your purchase, you will obviously receive a refund for the amount you paid us. In cases where you are responsible for a depreciation in value, this is subtracted from the purchase price.

If you avail yourself of your right of return, we refund all payments received from you, including shipping charges (although not extra charges incurred because of you choosing a delivery method other than the most inexpensive form of standard delivery, which we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date when we receive word of your decision to change your mind about this agreement. We process any such refund via the same payment method as the one you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to something else.

We can delay your refund until we have received the returned merchandise, unless you have submitted evidence prior to this for having returned it.

What should I include in the return?

You should enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also fill out our form/standard withdrawal form.

If there is something wrong with the merchandise (right of complaint) - EU

The Sale of Goods Act applies to the purchase of merchandise.

When you shop at, you obviously have a 24-month warranty. This basically means that you can get the merchandise repaired, exchanged, your money back, or a discount, depending on the situation at hand.

Obviously, the complaint must be legitimate and the defect cannot be the result of unintended use of the product or other conduct causing damage.


How soon should I complain?

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the merchandise. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is legitimate, we obviously refund your (reasonable) expenses for shipping.
